Jesse Skaggs

Jesse Skaggs was born and raised in Minnesota and his current home shop is Dinkytown Tattoo in Minneapolis. Jesse has always loved the arts and been drawn to a more creative lifestyle. He was a tattoo collector before becoming an artist and quickly developed a passion for the industry. Jesse began tattooing about four years ago and hasn't looked back since. He enjoys tattooing a wide variety of designs and is known for his versatility and ability to bring his clients' ideas to life. Some of Jesse's favorite things to tattoo are ornamental blackwork, geometric designs, & lady faces but he is open to any and all concepts. He loves meeting new clients and exploring new styles.
